Roles & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

• Support preparation, validation, and consolidation of HR data for reporting and analysis

• Assist in reviewing performance data to identify trends and improvement opportunities

• Organise HR datasets and conduct checks to ensure data accuracy and consistency

• Develop and maintain dashboards and trackers to monitor operational performance and service levels

• Assist with office administration including coordination of meetings, project tracking, and documentation

• Track departmental assets and office supplies where required

• Provide support for HR-related projects and initiatives as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma in Human Resources, Business Analytics, Statistics, or related field

• Prior internship or experience in HR, administration, or data-related roles is an advantage

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

• Organised, proactive, and able to work independently
