A Global French Luxury Fashion Brand is seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing & Communications Manager/ Assistant Manager to lead and execute 360° marketing initiatives in Singapore.
This role plays a key part in strengthening brand elevation, accelerating client engagement, and supporting commercial growth across both brand‑building and performance‑driven channels, working closely with internal stakeholders, retail teams, agencies, and external partners.
The ideal candidate will bring both creativity and analytical rigor, with strong ownership and the ability to balance strategic planning and hands-on execution across Advertising (including Mall Communications), Brand Image Events & Store Activations, PR & Influencer Marketing, CRM & Client Development.
Key Responsibility:
Advertising & Mall Communications
- Lead the planning and execution of integrated advertising campaigns across paid media channels including print, digital, social, search, and OOH/DOOH.
- Own campaign timelines, asset coordination, media placements, and budget tracking.
- Partner strategically with mall marketing teams to optimize brand exposure, not limiting to advertising spaces, digital platforms, social media, newsletters, and directories.
- Manage agencies and vendors to ensure quality, timeliness, campaign reporting and performance against objectives.
- Evaluate campaign effectiveness and provide data‑driven insights and recommendations.
Image Events & Brand Activations
- Conceptualize and deliver high‑impact brand events, seasonal launches, pop‑ups, in‑store activations, and client engagement initiatives.
- Develop event strategies and proposals aligned with brand positioning and campaign objectives.
- Manage end‑to‑end event execution including budgets, production, logistics, vendor management, guest experiences, and stakeholder coordination.
- Ensure brand excellence and consistency across all physical touchpoints.
- Conduct post‑event evaluations covering ROI, media impact, and customer feedback.
PR & Influencer Marketing
- Drive influencer and PR strategies aligned with brand image, seasonal priorities, and long‑term brand building.
- Identify, cultivate, and manage relationships with key influencers, tastemakers, editors, and media partners.
- Execute influencer initiatives including seeding, gifting, and campaign collaborations to drive organic engagement.
- Oversee press communications including press releases, interviews, editorial shoots, and media negotiations.
- Secure and track high‑quality editorial coverage and results across print and digital platforms.
- Manage press showroom, sample inventory, and media-facing activations.
- Lead or support press and influencer events, in collaboration with PR agencies.
CRM & Client Development
- Drive CRM and clienteling initiatives to grow, engage, and retain the customer base.
- Oversee CRM campaigns across email, digital touchpoints, and personalized client communications.
- Partner with Retail and Store teams on in-store clienteling activities, VIP events, and loyalty initiatives.
- Analyze customer data, segmentation, and campaign performance to inform future strategies.
Cross‑Functional & Strategic Alignment
- Support the development and execution of 360° marketing strategies aligned with global and regional brand direction.
- Localize global campaigns with strong attention to message consistency, cultural relevance, and executional excellence.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (Retail, Digital, HQ stakeholders) and external partners.
- Prepare monthly 360° reports covering Marketing, Events, PR, Influence, CRM, competitor benchmarking, insights, and learnings.
- Manage budgets, quotations, invoicing, vendor coordination, and financial tracking.
- Ensure brand consistency across all consumer touchpoints.
- Act as a key support to the Marketing & Communications Director
Requirements & Skills :
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably within luxury fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or retail.
- Proven experience in integrated marketing, events, PR, influencer marketing, and CRM.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Strategic thinker with an execution‑focused, hands‑on mindset.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical and commercially aware, with experience measuring ROI and performance.
- Flexible to support evening or weekend events when required.
- Passionate about luxury, fashion, and delivering elevated brand and customer experiences.
Technical Competencies
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite. (Photoshop/Illustrator/InDesign).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint essential).
- Familiarity with Media and CRM platforms, digital marketing tools (data-analytical), and social media platforms (content creation).
