Tian Yun Education Group LLP is a growing education company specializing in Primary, Secondary, and IB Mathematics programmes.
We are looking for a capable and committed Math Curriculum Head to lead the development of our teaching materials, curriculum structure, and tutor training systems as we expand.
This role is suitable for experienced educators who are passionate about curriculum design, academic quality, and building effective learning systems.
✔ Design and structure Mathematics curriculum for Primary, Secondary, and/or IB levels
✔ Develop worksheets, lesson plans, revision materials, and assessments
✔ Ensure materials are aligned with MOE and IB syllabus requirements
✔ Improve lesson flow and teaching effectiveness across programmes
✔ Train and guide tutors on teaching methods and lesson delivery
✔ Maintain academic quality and curriculum consistency
✔ Review student progress and identify areas for improvement
✔ Support the development of teaching strategies and learning systems
✔ Build scalable and structured teaching resources
✔ Contribute ideas for new programmes and academic initiatives
✔ Help establish Tian Yun’s academic standards and teaching identity
✔ Strong background in Mathematics education
✔ Experience teaching Primary, Secondary, JC, or IB Mathematics
✔ Experience in curriculum planning or academic leadership preferred
✔ Able to simplify complex concepts clearly
✔ Organized, responsible, and proactive
✔ Able to start work immediately preferred
