Location: Singapore

Employment Type: 12-month full-time contract / 18-month part-time contract

We are supporting a boutique luxury travel and lifestyle company in Singapore to hire a Marketing & Events Specialist.

This role is ideal for someone creative, hands-on, and organised, with a strong interest in luxury travel, hospitality, lifestyle branding, and premium client experiences. The company is currently going through a new direction in its marketing approach and is looking for someone who can bring fresh ideas, support ongoing campaigns, and strengthen brand visibility across digital and event channels.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging marketing content across copywriting, design, social media, and video production.
• Manage social media channels, including content planning, scheduling, posting, and performance monitoring.
• Refresh and maintain website content to strengthen brand positioning and attract quality leads.
• Support marketing communication strategies and campaigns aligned with business objectives.
• Assist in conceptualising, planning, and executing events, client experiences, and corporate incentive programmes.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent brand messaging across channels.
• Stay updated on luxury travel, hospitality, lifestyle, digital marketing, and event trends to improve campaign effectiveness.

Requirements

• Prior experience in marketing, communications, content creation, digital marketing, events, or brand marketing.
• Open to candidates from luxury travel, hospitality, lifestyle, premium consumer, events, or related service-driven industries.
• Strong writing skills with a good eye for branding, design, storytelling, and content presentation.
• Comfortable supporting content across social media, website, campaign materials, and event-related communications.
• Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Creative thinker who enjoys bringing new ideas and turning concepts into meaningful brand experiences.
• Candidates with 1–4 years of relevant experience are welcome to apply.

Other Information

• Hybrid work arrangement, approximately 1–2 days in office / co-working space.
