What You’ll Do:
- Assist in daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and safety in the kitchen.
- Collaborate with chefs and fellow kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Support inventory management and proper storage of ingredients.
Requirements:
- Min 1 year F&B or kitchen experience preferred (Fresh graduates from Culinary specializations are welcomed)
- Passion for Chinese cuisine and willingness to learn and grow.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and on rotating shifts.
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
