Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Accounts & Finance

• Reconcile daily sales collections against POS systems and bank receipts
• Liaise with operations team and suppliers on invoice discrepancies and payment matters

Inventory & Cost Control

• Monitor inventory movement across multiple outlets and central kitchen/store
• Process and verify stock requisitions between venues
• Reconcile inventory balances and investigate variances or wastages
• Assist in stock counts and monthly inventory closing exercises
• Maintain accurate inventory records in inventory management systems
• Verify supplier deliveries against purchase orders and invoices
• Generate inventory and cost reports for management review
• Ensure proper documentation for transfers, wastages, and adjustments

Administrative Support

• Coordinate with operations and purchasing teams on inventory matters
• Ensure compliance with internal SOPs and finance procedures
• Assist in implementation and improvement of finance and inventory workflows
• Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by management
