Finance Accountant

Roles & Responsibilities

Unimas Consulting Solutions Pte. Ltd. is seeking a highly capable and detail-oriented

Accounting / Finance Manager to oversee the full spectrum of accounting operations across

multiple entities. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise in ERP systems, deep

knowledge of Singapore GST regulations, and a proven track record of managing end-to-end

accounting functions independently.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

End-to-End Accounting Management

• Manage full-cycle accounting operations independently for multiple companies within the

group.

• Oversee Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes, ensuring

accuracy and timeliness.

• Record and reconcile expense accounts in accordance with company policies and

accounting standards.

Financial Closing & Reporting

• Lead and manage monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial closing processes.

• Prepare and finalise Balance Sheets, Profit & Loss Statements, and Cash Flow

Statements.

• Ensure timely and accurate consolidation of financial reports across multiple entities.

• Conduct variance analysis and provide commentary on financial results to management.

GST & Regulatory Compliance

• Ensure full compliance with Singapore GST regulations, including timely filing of GST

returns.

• Stay current with IRAS updates, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.

• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and regulatory bodies as required.

ERP Systems & Process Improvement

• Utilise Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision) and/or Microsoft Business Central for

accounting operations and financial reporting.

• Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and improve system utilisation.

• Maintain proper documentation and internal controls in accordance with company

standards.

REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline; CPA/ACCA

qualification is an advantage.

• Minimum 4 to 6 years of hands-on accounting and finance experience, preferably in a

multi-entity environment.

• Proven experience in managing end-to-end accounting functions with minimal

supervision.

Technical Skills

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navigation) and/or Microsoft Business

Central is essential.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, financial

modelling).

• Excellent understanding of Singapore GST regulations and statutory compliance

requirements.

• Strong command of AP, AR, expense accounting, and intercompany reconciliations.

• Experience with other ERP systems will be considered favourably.
