About the Role

We are seeking a Project Management Consultant to ensure our interior design projects are executed seamlessly — from stakeholder engagement to cross-department coordination and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Stakeholder Engagement & Requirements Gathering
• Collaborate with clients, contractors and stakeholders to identify design and construction pain points.
• Translate client needs into standardized project requirement documents tailored for interior design projects.
• Project Planning & Cross-Functional Coordination
• Coordinate across design teams, construction crews, and external suppliers.
• Develop and maintain project execution Gantt charts and timelines.
• Conduct regular project reviews and risk assessments to ensure multiple interior projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Process Optimization & Compliance
• Evaluate and streamline operational workflows in design and construction.
• Introduce standardized management tools to reduce communication costs and improve efficiency.
• Ensure all project documentation and execution processes comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and design codes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Experience in project management, stakeholder engagement, and process optimization.
• Strong analytical, logical reasoning, and systematic problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with design project workflows, construction processes, and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD, or equivalent).
