Service Crew (Ice Cream Shop)

Roles & Responsibilities

Core Responsibilities

• Operate and man the ice cream stall, ensuring smooth daily operations

• Prepare and serve ice cream, toppings, waffles, cones, and related menu items

• Handle cashiering duties, including POS operation, payment collection, and basic

end-of-day reconciliation

• Maintain product quality, portion consistency, and hygiene standards

• Refill ingredients, toppings, cones, cups, and packaging materials throughout the day

• Ensure cleanliness of the stall, equipment, counters, and dining area

• Assist with opening and closing procedures (stock check, cleaning, equipment

start-up/shutdown)

• Provide friendly customer service, including product recommendations and handling

customer queries

• Support simple inventory tasks such as stock rotation, receiving goods, and reporting

low stock

• Assist in basic machine operation (soft-serve machine, freezer, waffle maker) with

training provided

Requirements

• Minimum educational qualification of ‘O’ or ‘N’ level.

• Possess professional and approachable demeanour.

• Maintain professional grooming and hygiene standards in accordance with company and food safety requirements.

• Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin to serve English- and Mandarin-speaking customers.

• Ability to work under pressure.

• Ability to work on shift schedule.

• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Requirements

• Minimum educational qualification of ‘O’ or ‘N’ level

• Friendly, customer-oriented, and service-focused attitude

• Maintain professional grooming and hygiene standards in accordance with company requirements

• Ability to communicate effectively in English; ability to speak Mandarin is preferred to serve Mandarin-speaking customers

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

• Able to perform shift work, including weekends and public holidays

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to speak other another language such as Japanese or Korean is an advantage to assist international customers
