Work Arrangement: Night Shift

• 6 Days Work Schedule per week
• Night Shift: 9/10/11pm – 9/10/11am
• OT pay + AWS + Performance Bonus
• Location: Singapore Winevault, 6 Fishery Port Road Singapore 619747

Job Scope

• Conduct quality inspection for fruits, vegetables, and fresh produce
• Check product freshness, expiry, packaging, and product quality
• Perform incoming goods inspection and report abnormalities
• Conduct warehouse stock quality checks and prevent non-conforming products from outbound
• Monitor sorting and packing quality during night shift operations
• Assist in handling quality issues and operational coordination
• Support basic QC reporting and SOP compliance

Requirements

• Prefer candidates able to read, write, and speak Mandarin due to the product requirement
• Prefer candidates with Food Hygiene / Food Safety certification
• Basic computer literacy (Excel / system usage)
• Experience in warehouse, fresh food, QC, or food operations preferred
• Responsible and able to work night shift independently

• 每周工作 6 天
• 夜班时间：晚上 9/10/11 点 至 早上 9/10/11 点

工作职责

• 负责水果、蔬菜及生鲜产品的品质检查
• 检查产品新鲜度、保质期、包装及产品质量
• 负责来货验收并汇报异常情况
• 进行仓库库存品质检查，避免不合格产品流出
• 监督夜班分拣及包装品质
• 协助处理品质问题及运营协调工作
• 支持基础 QC 报告及 SOP 流程执行

职位要求

• 因产品需求，优先考虑可读、写、说中文的候选人
• 持有 Food Hygiene / Food Safety 相关证书者优先考虑
• 具备基础电脑操作能力（Excel / 系统操作）
• 有仓库、生鲜、QC 或食品相关经验者优先
• 工作认真负责，能够独立适应夜班工作
