Roles & Responsibilities- Provide advanced (L2/L3) operational support for Azure cloudinfrastructure and related services.
- Act as an escalation point for complex incidents, performing rootcause analysis and implementing permanent fixes.
- Monitor and maintain production environments using enterprisemonitoring and alerting tools.
- Respond to and resolve incidents, service requests, and alerts withindefined SLAs, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Troubleshoot and optimize Azure services, including Virtual Machines,Storage Accounts, Virtual Networks, Network Security Groups, Load Balancers,Azure Backup, Azure Monitor, and Log Analytics.
- Lead and manage patching activities for Windows and Linuxenvironments, ensuring compliance and minimal disruption.
- Perform and oversee routine operational tasks such as system healthchecks, service restarts, backup validation, and configuration audits.
- Support and implement change, release, and maintenance activitiesfollowing ITIL best practices.
- Maintain high-quality documentation, including runbooks, SOPs, andknowledge base articles.
- Ensure adherence to incident, problem, change, and request managementprocesses.
- Support security, audit, and compliance initiatives, includingvulnerability remediation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, customers, and servicemanagement stakeholders to ensure service excellence.
- Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement usingtools such as Terraform and Azure DevOps.
