Job Summary

Provide full set accounting and annual tax services for diverse industry clients, ensuring compliance with Singapore regulatory requirements while fostering strong client relationships and delivering accurate financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare full set accounting records including management accounts, financial reports, and XBRL filings for multiple industry clients, ensuring compliance with deadlines and regulatory standards
• Compute and verify tax calculations for Corporate Tax, Withholding Tax, and GST, ensuring accuracy and timely submission of related filings such as GST Registration, GST Form 5, Withholding Tax, and Corporate Tax Form C/CS
• Communicate accounting and tax compliance requirements clearly to clients to build and maintain long-term positive relationships
• Perform statistical data analysis and prepare reports to support management decisions
• Execute additional accounting and tax-related tasks as assigned by the Manager
• Use financial management software and MS Office applications proficiently to manage accounting and tax processes
• Manage workload independently and collaborate effectively within a team environment to meet client and company objectives

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma in Accounting and Finance or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of full set accounting experience
• Minimum 2 years of tax experience

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Prior experience in an accounting firm industry
