About the role
We are launching paid social campaigns to recruit content creators and influencers worldwide (excluding the United States) for a creator economy platform. We need an experienced operator or small team (2-5 people) who use AI tools to deliver paid social management efficiently and bills by the hour.
Responsibilities
• Manage paid social campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, TikTok
• Deploy campaigns on Asian platforms: LINE or WeChat
• Optimize campaigns using AI tools (Madgicx, Adcreative.ai, Clay, platform-native AI)
• Native-language deployment across English, Chinese, Korean, Thai, Vietnamese, Japanese
• Weekly performance reporting and budget optimization
• Video check-ins with our team
Required
• Demonstrated multi-platform paid social experience with verifiable references
• Sophisticated use of AI tools with specific workflow examples
• Hourly billing structure (no commission or percentage-of-spend)
• Available to start within 1-2 weeks
• Video conferencing capability
Preferred
• Direct experience with LINE or WeChat
• APAC market expertise across multiple platforms
• Creator economy, influencer platform, or B2B SaaS campaign experience
