Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a highly skilled and passionate Barber / Hair Artist to join our growing concept — a premium private grooming space designed for a personalised, one-on-one experience.

This role is open to Singaporeans, Permanent Residents (PR), and Long-Term Visit Pass (LTVP) holders.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality haircuts and grooming services for men

• Ability to cut and style women’s hair is a strong advantage

• Deliver personalized consultations and styling recommendations

• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and professional presentation of workspace

• Build strong relationships with clients for repeat business

• Create content for TikTok and Instagram (haircuts, transformations, lifestyle)

• Contribute ideas to grow the brand and develop the private studio concept

Ideal Candidate

• Highly skilled in modern and classic haircut techniques

• Passionate about grooming, style, and client experience

• Comfortable being on camera and creating social media content

• Good communication and customer service skills

• Self-driven, responsible, and business-minded

• Interested in long-term growth and potential partnership
