About the role.

We are a friendly, community-based GP clinicsproviding comprehensive primary care for families, adults, and seniors. We areseeking passionate and dedicated Clinical Assistants to join our team at ourTelok Blangah Heights or Clementi West neighbourhood GP clinics. This full-timeand/or part-time role is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking tocontribute to the delivery of high-quality healthcare services within asupportive and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and daily clinical support to doctors to ensure efficient patient care
• Assist with patient registration, schedule and manage appointments, and handle enquiries to facilitate smooth clinic operations
• Collect clinical samples and prepare examination rooms to support medical examinations
• Dispense medication accurately to patients following prescribed instructions
• Maintain a clean and well-organised clinical environment to uphold hygiene standards
• Manage inventories and supplies to ensure availability of necessary clinical materials
• Support administrative tasks including billing, CHAS/Medisave, and insurance claims processing
• Perform other duties as assigned to maintain smooth clinic operations

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Reside near Telok Blangah/Bukit Merah or Clementi areas (indicate dwelling place in application)
• Demonstrate maturity, reliability, and eagerness to learn
• Exhibit excellent attention to detail in clinical and administrative tasks
• Communicate clearly with a positive, patient-focused attitude
• Possess basic computer literacy to handle scheduling and billing systems
• Preferably have at least 1 year of experience in a clinical assistant or healthcare support role
• Willingness to learn and a strong commitment to patient care for candidates without prior experience
• Open to fresh graduates from pre-university or polytechnic programs seeking long-term healthcare roles
• Welcoming mid-career individuals, homemakers returning to work, and retirees interested in community engagement
