Requirements:
1. College degree or above in Organic chemistry, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Engineering, Chemical Engineering and Technology, Applied Chemistry, or other related majors.Fresh graduate are welcome
2. Proficient in English;
3. Skilled in computer;
4. Possesses a working knowledge of chemical reaction mechanisms and is proficient in chemical synthesis unit operations. Capable of independently, safely, and accurately executing key steps in the laboratory for various chemical reactions, including charging, in-process control (IPC), quenching, work-up, and crystallization.
5. Perform preliminary analysis of spectra such as NMR, HPLC, and LCMS with minimal supervision.
6. Basic engineering skill with utilizing process & instrumentation diagram.
7. Knowledge of mass and heat balance calculations of chemical plants
8. Good coordination and communication skills, High capacity of learning and execution, Strong problem-solving ability;
Responsibilities:
1. Conduct material use-test in the laboratory according to process documentation requirements, and perform lab-scale test during new supplier development. Capable of assessing compliance with production and process requirements, and independently compiling corresponding test reports.
2. Comply with the company's GMP/EHS requirements and ensure their effective implementation.
3. Manage the transfer of projects from R&D stage to factory, make reasonable equipment selections, ensure the smooth implementation of projects, and complete projects on time.
4. Participate in chemical safety assessments and process safety assessments, identify and control potential safety hazards in production processes.
5. Develop, review, and issue the batch records, conduct periodic training for production staff, and implement and track technological improvements for projects.
6. Develop and deploy DCS process menus, collect, print, and evaluate (if any) DCS data for production batches.
7. Track project progress, coordinate resources among departments, resolve issues identified during project production, lead deviation investigations, and take corrective and preventive measures.
8. Select appropriate cleaning solvents and issue cleaning records for major equipment.
9. Optimize large-scale and commercial production processes (if any) to improve product quality and operational efficiency, and reduce costs.
10. Review R&D reports, draft and update master process documents, conduct process validation, process transfers, and corresponding risk assessments, and determine control strategies and operating/acceptance ranges for critical process parameters (if any).
11. Optimize plant operating efficiency, yield optimization and energy conservation with feasibility study, make the necessary field test to verify the result.
12. Coordinate with technical section for process simulation, evaluation, investigation, performance & yield optimization.
