Roles & Responsibilities
- Ensure clinic is ready for operations before opening time and ensure proper closing after end of business hours.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of clinic, at counter, dispensary room, treatment zones and common areas.
- Manage reception duties and maintain strict confidentiality of all information obtained
- Submit the Medisave / insurance claims applications.
- Perform general administrative duties
- Assist medical staff during their duty hours.
- Dispensing medicine in an accurate and timely manner, according to prescriptions, under supervision.
- Manage inventory of dispensary items.
- Chaperone doctors who require assistance
- Any other duties as assigned by the Centre Manager
Requirements
