Job descriptionPerform reception duties such as patient registration, appointment scheduling and phone enquiries. Process payments and ensure sufficient medical supplies. Assist doctors during procedures and patient consultations. Ensure cleanliness and organization of the clinic while managing inventory and order supplies. Any other duties and conduct that are reasonably expected of a clinic assistant in a medical clinic.
Roles & Responsibilities
Clinic Assistant
- Salary : $2200 - $3500 depending on experience, with AWS + 1 - 2 months Variable Bonus based on company revenue and work performance
- Workdays : 5.5 Days
- Work Hours : Monday to Friday : 9.00am to 6.00pm, Saturdays : 9am to 1pm
- Location : 3 mins walk from Orchard Boulevard MRT
- Minimum N / O / A Level
- 1 Year prior work experience as Clinic Assistant
