Clinic Assistant ( Up to $3k / 5.5 days / Central) - Islandwide, SG

Roles & Responsibilities

• Welcome patients in a friendly and professional manner
• Coordinate, schedule, and verify upcoming appointments
• Handle incoming phone calls and address patient questions with empathy and confidentiality
• Update and maintain accurate electronic health records (EHRs)
• Process insurance claims and handle co-pay collections
• Organize and prepare medical charts and necessary documentation for clinical staff
• Guide patients to examination rooms and record vital signs (e.g., blood pressure, temperature, weight)
• Support healthcare professionals during routine clinical procedures such as specimen collection and diagnostic tests
• Keep examination rooms clean, organized, and well-stocked with essential medical supplies; assist in managing inventory
• Disinfect tools and equipment, ensuring compliance with infection control protocols
