1. You will be directly responsible for signing audit reports for Singapore local companies, acting as a key role to ensure the compliant delivery of client projects.
2. Leveraging the Group’s abundant client resources of Chinese enterprises going global, you do not need to develop the market from scratch, and can fully focus on exerting your professional value.
3. You will be deeply involved in the full lifecycle of Singapore company incorporation, corporate secretarial services and audit compliance, growing into a core partner of the Group’s Singapore business.

三. Ideal Candidate Requirements

1. Hold ISCA practicing membership (CPA Singapore) with statutory audit signing authority in Singapore; holders of international accounting qualifications such as ACCA, CPA Australia are also acceptable.
2. Language proficiency: Fluent in Mandarin and English, able to communicate smoothly with Chinese clients and cross-functional teams, and clearly convey compliance requirements.
3. Professional experience: Minimum 3 years of practicing experience in Singapore local accounting firms; familiar with Singapore Companies Act, Auditing Standards, as well as regulatory requirements of ACRA and IRAS; capable of independently completing and signing audit reports for SMEs.
4. Professional ethics: Meticulous and rigorous in work, strictly maintain client confidentiality, with a strong sense of responsibility and compliance awareness, and able to respond promptly to project delivery requirements.

四. Job Responsibilities

1. Take charge of signing audit reports for Singapore local companies, ensuring full compliance with Singapore statutory regulations.
2. Provide professional consulting services on Singapore audit and tax compliance for Chinese enterprises expanding overseas, and respond to client enquiries in both Mandarin and English.
3. Liaise with internal teams and Singapore local authorities (ACRA, IRAS) to drive the end-to-end delivery of audit projects.
4. Keep track of updates to Singapore fiscal and taxation policies, revise compliance operation guidelines, and ensure overall business compliance.
5. Participate in optimizing Singapore business workflows to improve audit project delivery efficiency and client satisfaction.
