♦️Working Hour: 1.30PM – 11:00PM
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare/cut food ingredients before & during operations
- Maintain food quality, cleanliness & hygiene standards
- Keep workstation and equipment clean, organized & stocked
- Manage kitchen inventory & equipment
- Explain yakitori menu and recommend drinks to guests
- Ensure timely serving of skewers and beverages with high professionalism
Job Requirements
- At least 3 years' experience in F&B or hospitality
- Able to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- Basic Food & Hygiene Certified
