Quantity Surveyor (QS) - (M&E | Electrical | ELV)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Working location: North-East
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8:30am to 5:30pm)

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare quantity take-offs, cost estimations, and tender submissions based on project drawings and technical specifications

• Review and compare quotations from suppliers and subcontractors

• Prepare Bill of Quantities (BQ), costing summaries, technical proposals, and related tender documentation

• Compile costing for ELV, BMS, and related systems implementation works

• Coordinate with internal project and technical teams, as well as external vendors and subcontractors, to ensure compliance with project specifications and timelines

• Support tender submission activities and ensure submissions are completed within timeline

• Conduct cost analysis and value engineering to support cost-effective project solutions

• Maintain good working relationships with suppliers and solution vendors

• Ensure compliance with local regulations, codes of practice, and industry standards

• Support updating of company marketing materials and website content when required

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Building Services, Quantity Surveying, or related field
• Relevant experience in QS for Electrical & ELV systems
