Production Technician (Pharma / Biotech New Plant / Shift Arrangement) | West - MNC

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Perform daily production operations i.e. material preparation, charging, sampling, reaction monitoring, and workup activities.
• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment in compliance with SOP, GMP, and safety requirements.
• Execute and maintain accurate Electronic Batch Records (EBR) and production documentation.
• Support troubleshooting, equipment cleaning, housekeeping, and preventive maintenance activities.
• Assist supervisors in achieving production targets and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Able to adept in new start up Pharmaceutical / Biotech plant.

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Chemical, Pharmaceutical, Mechanical or relevant Engineering field.
• 1 year of experience or candidate with trainee experience but willing to be trained.
• Basic knowledge of GMP, EHS, and manufacturing operations in a plant environment.
• Able to follow procedures, perform documentation accurately, and work independently.
• Willing to rotating shifts and in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Good communication in English & Mandarin to liaise with Subject Matter Experts in Headquarters.
