The Opportunity

• Adecco is partnering with public sector to look for a HR Development & Operations Support who focuses on coordinating learning and development programmes, employee engagement initiatives, onboarding activities, and day-to-day HR operations to enhance organisational capability and employee experience.

Job Summary

• Support the organisation’s HR capability development and employee engagement initiatives
• Assist in delivering learning and development programmes, onboarding activities, and HR operational support
• Contribute to enhancing employee experience and overall HR effectiveness

The Talent

• Relevant experience in Human Resources or HR operations
• Experience with Workday is advantageous
• Familiarity with competency development and content/collateral design tools such as Canva is preferred
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Good coordination and project management abilities with the ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines

Job Description

• Coordinate end-to-end learning and development activities, including programme planning, vendor coordination, enrolment, and post-training evaluation
• Support competency and capability development initiatives across the organisation
• Assist with employee onboarding and staff induction programmes
• Support employee engagement activities such as townhalls and internal events, including communications, design, and event operations
• Provide administrative and operational HR support for ad-hoc projects and HR initiatives
