📍 School Environment | 4-Month Contract (Jun 2026 – Oct 2026)
💰 $20 – $25/hr
🕒 Working Hours
• Mon – Thurs: 9am – 5pm (1hr lunch)
• Fri: 9am – 3pm (1hr lunch)
• Sat/Sun: Off
✨ Key Responsibilities
• Support student discipline management and investigations
• Supervise detention and corrective work sessions
• Assist students in behaviour improvement and reflection
• Conduct school patrols during recess and dismissal
• Support conflict management and de-escalation
• Work closely with school staff and student management teams
✅ Requirements
• Former uniformed service experience preferred
• Experience supporting youths or behaviour management preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Calm, professional and able to handle situations respectfully
• Able to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgement
• Passionate about supporting student growth and development
