Senior/ Physiotherapist | Up to $8000 per month

Roles & Responsibilities

We are a healthcare organisation seeking a dedicated and skilled Physiotherapist to join our rehabilitation team. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality, patient-centred care across a range of clinical settings, working closely with multidisciplinary professionals to optimise functional outcomes for clients.

What You'll Do:

Clinical Assessment & Intervention

• Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments addressing mobility, balance, strength, range of motion, and cardiopulmonary endurance

• Deliver evidence-based interventions including mobility and balance retraining, therapeutic exercise programmes, and functional rehabilitation

• Regularly monitor, review, and adjust treatment plans based on client progress and rehabilitation goals

• Provide guidance on the safe and appropriate use of assistive devices such as walking aids

Care Coordination & Collaboration

• Work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic client care

• Participate in case discussions and contribute physiotherapy input to care planning

• Conduct caregiver education and training to support continuity of care

Clinical Governance & Documentation

• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential clinical documentation in accordance with professional standards

• Ensure adherence to organisational policies, clinical guidelines, and best practices

Team Contribution & Development

• Supervise and provide guidance to Therapy Assistants and junior staff as required

• Participate in in-service training, clinical teaching, and knowledge sharing

• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives, audits, and where applicable, research activities

• Support inventory and equipment management processes

  
  

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Physiotherapy

• Registered with Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC)

• Minimum 2 years of relevant clinical experience in healthcare settings

• Service-oriented, adaptable, and able to perform in a dynamic environment

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
