Responsibilities
Assist dentists by preparing and providing appropriate instruments and materials for dental procedures to ensure smooth treatment flow
Monitor and support patient comfort throughout dental treatments to enhance patient experience
Clean and sterilize dental instruments and equipment to maintain hygiene and safety standards
Conduct regular stock checks and manage inventory to ensure adequate dental supplies are available
Perform front desk duties including greeting patients courteously and professionally
Manage patient appointments, respond to walk-in and phone inquiries, register patients, process billing, and collect payments accurately
Maintain cleanliness and general housekeeping of the clinic to provide a safe and welcoming environment
Communicate effectively with team members to support a collaborative and efficient workplace
Adapt to a fast-paced environment by multitasking and prioritizing duties efficiently
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Prior experience in dental assisting is advantageous but not required; on-the-job training will be provided
Willingness to work night shifts and weekends to support clinic operations
Computer literacy to manage appointment systems and billing processes
Strong teamwork skills with good communication and interpersonal abilities

Salary range: $2,200 to $2,800 per month, depending on dental experience
