Staff Nurse | Nursing Home (West/North West Area)

Roles & Responsibilities

Job Scope

• Monitor vital signs
• Assist with personal groomings and hygiene issues
• Plays a central role in providing nursing care to residents
• Assist doctors/senior nurses/assistant manager to provide preventive and curative medical service
• Incharge with general health of the residents and supervise Nursing aides and Health attendants
• Ensure care delivery and nursing interventions are established with nursing policies and procedures
• Assist and carry out emergency situations in Home

Job Requirements:

• Registered with Singapore Nursing Board
• Diploma / Degree in Nursing
• At least 2 years of nursing experience
• Rotating Shift Duties
