Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor (QS) with Interior Design and Architecture project experience to manage costing, tendering and contract administration for commercial, residential and fit-out projects.

Responsibilities

· Prepare cost estimation, budgeting and tender documents

· Conduct quantity take-off and prepare Bills of Quantities (BQ)

· Source and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors

· Monitor project costs and variations throughout project execution

· Prepare progress claims, payment certifications and final accounts

· Liaise closely with architects, designers, consultants, contractors and clients

· Review contract documents and ensure compliance with project specifications

· Assist project team in cost control and value engineering

· Attend site meetings and monitor project progress

Requirements

· Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Architecture, Interior Design or related field

· Min3-5 years of QS experience in Interior Design / Architectural projects

· Familiar with fit-out works, renovation and construction costing

· Knowledge of contract administration and tender procedures

· Proficient in Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD, and QS software

· Good negotiation and communication skills

· Able to work independently and meet project deadlines

Additional Information

· Singapore-based project site/office work arrangement

· Working hours: 5.5 days (depending on project needs)

· Immediate or short notice preferred

· Project-based coordination with architects, ID designers and contractors
