Senior Landscape Architect

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple disciplines in large-scale projects with both technical and managerial capabilities.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Liaise with teams to define project scopes, budgets, and schedules. And facilitate collaboration and communication across all project stakeholders.
• Assist to create the design report and presentation for projects.
• Manage a project’s design deliverables and construction lifecycle.
• Represent the team at official project meetings for presentation of design, coordination works with other consultants and, where applicable, including contractors for construction work.
• Carry out coordination work with client, consultants and/or contractors.
• Oversee the preparation of technical documents, including construction drawings and specifications.
• Participate in any research into design methods, principles, as assigned
• In charge of management reporting to update on progress of work and obtain direction from design directors

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Landscape Architecture or equivalent
• Comes with minimum 5 years of working experience in the related field
• Proven project management skills and able to work independently
• Positive and driven to achieve project success
