Production Operator - WCAN

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Operate moulding machines following established guidelines and standard operating procedures
• Conduct initial visual inspections of moulded parts to identify defects
• Inspect moulded parts under a microscope to verify compliance with quality standards
• Monitor and follow up on job orders and production schedules to meet daily targets
• Maintain a safe working environment while operating machinery

Qualifications:

• 12-hour shifts work
• Prior experience in a similar industry is advantageous
• Skilled in using a microscope for product cosmetic inspections
• Comfortable working in white room and clean room environments
• Strong communication skills
• Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively in a team
