Responsibilities
- Coordinate with offshore HR partners to manage employee lifecycle events, including onboarding, confirmations, transfers, promotions, and terminations.
- Handle work and dependent visa applications end-to-end, including submission, tracking, appointment scheduling with MOM, renewals, and terminations of work passes.
- Review work passes eligibility based on MOM Compass framework to ensure compliance.
- Prepare assignment agreements and facilitate onboarding processes for expatriates.
- Serve as the primary local contact for all onboarding and workpass-related inquiries.
- Review and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in accordance with evolving operational and business requirements.
- Liaise with external vendors regarding HR invoicing and related matters.
- Participate in various HR projects and tasks assigned
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business Studies, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in HR Shared Services, particularly with work pass processing experience.
- Proficient in Times Payroll Software and/or Workday.
- Knowledgeable in employment-related statutory regulations and guidelines.
- Resilient, detail-oriented, analytical, and adaptable to change.
- Collaborative mindset with a focus on delivering positive employee experience.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with automation tools.
