Our client is a leading provider of aircraft engine overhaul and component repair services, specializing in the Trent engine series. The company operates advanced facilities capable of servicing all Trent engine variants and can overhaul over 300 engines annually, supported by a state-of-the-art testing facility that ensures efficient turnaround times.
Job Summary
We are seeking qualified NDT Level II Inspectors to support inspection and defect detection activities for aircraft engine components and cases.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform NDT inspections using PT, MT, ET, UT, and RT methods
- Detect and evaluate defects such as cracks, corrosion, and material discontinuities
- Interpret inspection results and prepare reports
- Ensure inspections comply with OEM and aerospace regulatory standards
- Support repair validation and quality release activities
- Maintain inspection equipment and records
- Participate in audit preparation and quality initiatives
Requirements
- Current NDT Level II certification (NAS410, EN4179, ASNT SNT-TC-1A, or equivalent)
- Certification in one or more of the following methods: PT, MT, ET, UT, RT
- Minimum 4–6 years of aerospace NDT experience
- Experience inspecting aircraft engine components
- Familiarity with aerospace quality systems and OEM standards
- Documentation and reporting skills
