Brand Creative Designer

We are currently looking for a Brand Creative Designer - someone capable of translating ideas, positioning, and business intent into compelling visual communication systems.

This role is not simply about “making graphics”.

It is about:

• shaping perception,

• crafting visual identity,

• communicating ideas clearly,

• and creating brand experiences that feel intentional, refined, and commercially effective.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Developing brand-aligned visual systems and creative directions across digital platforms.

• Translating strategic positioning into compelling visual communication.

• Designing campaign creatives, social content, presentations, and brand materials with strong attention to hierarchy, typography, composition, and storytelling.

• Supporting the development of brand identities, campaign concepts, and communication frameworks.

• Collaborating closely with strategists, marketers, content creators, and leadership teams.

• Creating work that balances aesthetics with clarity, communication, and business intent.

• Staying current with modern branding, design systems, cultural trends, and evolving AI-assisted creative workflows.

Our Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone with:

• strong visual taste,

• conceptual thinking,

• branding sensitivity,

• and the ability to communicate ideas through design.

You should ideally:

• Have 2.5–5 years of experience within branding, agency, creative, or digital environments.

• Possess strong understanding of layout, typography, hierarchy, and visual storytelling.

• Be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and modern creative tools.

• Have familiarity with social-first creative, campaign execution, and digital brand communication.

• Be resourceful, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in fast-moving environments.

• Understand that great design is not decoration — it is communication.
