Finance Executive

💰Up to $4,000 (commensurate with experience)

5 days’ work week (Hybrid work arrangement)

Job Type: 2 Years Contract

We are looking for a committed and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to support daily finance and accounting operations. The successful candidate will assist with invoice processing, reconciliations, finance documentation, and other accounting duties to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Process Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) invoices accurately and promptly
• Perform invoice verification and matching against supporting documents
• Handle reconciliations for vendor statements and customer accounts
• Maintain proper filing and finance documentation
• Assist in fixed assets tracking and records maintenance
• Support audit preparation and finance reporting
• Update and maintain data in ERP/accounting systems
• Liaise with internal departments and external vendors on finance matters
• Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by the Finance team

Requirements

• Diploma in Accountancy, Finance, or equivalent
• Preferably with 1–2 years of relevant accounting/finance experience
• Familiar with AP/AR processes and invoicing
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Experience using ERP/accounting systems will be an advantage
• Meticulous, organized, and able to work independently
