We’re Hiring: Retail Marketing Manager (APAC) | Based in Singapore

Reporting to: APAC Head of Channel Management & Marketing
We are looking for a Retail Marketing Manager to lead in-store visibility, retail activation, and sell-out conversion across key APAC markets. This role will play a critical part in shaping regional retail marketing standards, supporting local market execution, and enhancing the consumer experience across key retail touchpoints, including key accounts, dealer channels, brand shops, and modern trade retailers.
This is an exciting opportunity for a retail marketing professional with strong experience in trade activation, POSM management, campaign execution, and cross-market coordination, ideally within the home appliance, consumer electronics, FMCG, or retail industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Retail Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Develop APAC retail marketing strategies to strengthen brand visibility, consumer engagement, and sell-out conversion
- Establish regional guidelines for store display, POSM, product demonstration, and campaign execution
- Support country teams in creating localized retail activation plans based on market priorities and channel needs
- Partner closely with sales, product, brand, and channel teams to align retail marketing initiatives with business goals
In-store Visibility & POSM Management
- Define retail display standards across various store formats, including flagship stores, shop-in-shop, pro-shops, dealer stores, key account stores, and roadshow booths
- Oversee POSM planning, design adaptation, production quality, and deployment tracking
- Enhance shelf presence, campaign visibility, product storytelling, and overall consumer experience at the point of purchase
- Conduct regular store audits and recommend opportunities for improvement
Retail Campaign & Activation Execution
- Lead regional retail activation programs, including roadshows, product demonstrations, launch events, store promotions, and seasonal campaigns
- Support major regional campaigns such as AFC campaigns, new product launches, and peak season activations
- Coordinate with local teams and retail partners to ensure strong execution, timely delivery, and resource readiness
- Drive integrated retail activations across digital, social media, KOL content, and retailer-owned channels
Sell-out Performance & Retail Effectiveness
- Track retail marketing performance, including store traffic, conversion, sell-out, display compliance, and promotion effectiveness
- Analyze campaign performance and identify best practices for regional sharing and replication
- Work with local teams to optimize retail investment efficiency and improve ROI
- Develop dashboards and reporting mechanisms to monitor execution quality and business impact
Cross-functional & Regional Coordination
- Collaborate with APAC markets, product divisions, brand teams, sales teams, and external agencies to ensure smooth execution
- Support key account partnerships by delivering retail marketing solutions for major retailers
- Train local teams and promoters on product selling points, display standards, and campaign execution
- Manage agencies, vendors, and production partners to ensure quality, consistency, and cost efficiency
Requirements:
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Retail Management, or a related field
Experience
- 8–10 years of experience in retail marketing, trade marketing, shopper marketing, or channel activation
- Experience in home appliances, consumer electronics, FMCG, or retail is preferred
- Strong understanding of retail channels, store display, POSM, promotion mechanics, and sell-out conversion
- Experience working with modern trade, key accounts, dealers, or distributors
- Proven project management skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple markets and stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn performance data into actionable plans
- Regional APAC experience is a plus
Language
- Fluent in English (spoken and written) is essential
- Fluency in Chinese is highly advantageous due to regular interaction with native Chinese-speaking counterparts
