Kids Village Asia Pte Ltd is a trusted distributor of high-quality toys in Singapore and ASEAN. We partner with international toy brands, offering products through online and retail channels, supporting marketing, logistics, and customer engagement with a focus on quality and play-based learning.

Job Summary

We are a toy distribution business seeking a proactive and hands-on Warehouse & Operations Executive to support day-to-day warehouse operations and assist in local B2B deliveries. This role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced, growing business environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and pack orders accurately for both B2C and B2B sales to ensure timely fulfillment
• Support the B2B sales team by organizing stock and assisting with last-mile delivery to retail outlets
• Drive the company van safely to deliver goods, restock retail outlets, and collect inventory as needed
• Assist in setting up and tearing down equipment and displays for adhoc sales events
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment to support efficient operations
• Adapt working hours flexibly during peak periods such as sales events and festive seasons

Required competencies and certifications

• Hold a valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence (manual or automatic) to operate company vehicles
• Comfortable handling physical stock and working in a warehouse environment

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience of 1–3 years in e-commerce, logistics, or operations to contribute effectively to daily tasks
• Familiarity with online sales platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, or Shopify to support order processing

Workplace

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Saturday: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• Approximately 40 hours per week
• Flexibility required during peak periods and for occasional morning/evening setup and tear down
