Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description

• Analyze and transform data from multiple sources to generate actionable business insights and support key stakeholders.

• Develop, maintain, and optimize data pipelines, data models, dashboards, and visualizations to drive performance monitoring and decision-making.

• Collaborate with project managers, technical teams, and business stakeholders to understand requirements, define analytics solutions, and provide regular project updates.

• Ensure data quality, governance, documentation, automation, and compliance with security, service management, and operational standards.

• Contribute to innovative data engineering and analytics initiatives by identifying opportunities, solving complex problems, and delivering reliable, cost-effective solutions.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field, with 1–2 years of experience in data analysis and visualization.

• Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with Python, R, or similar scripting languages for data analytics and automation.

• Experience with data integration and ETL tools (e.g., Talend) and building dashboards using BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, or similar platforms.

• Excellent analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into data-driven solutions.

• Knowledge of cloud platforms, data warehousing, data pipeline development, statistical modelling, or machine learning is an advantage.
