Job Summary

As a Sales Consultant at Able Best, you will build strong customer relationships, manage enquiries professionally, and convert opportunities into successful maid placements, contributing to business growth and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to employer enquiries via WhatsApp, phone calls, and walk-ins to provide accurate information and support
• Assess customer requirements to recommend suitable domestic helpers that meet their needs
• Arrange and coordinate interviews between employers and helpers to facilitate successful placements
• Consistently follow up with prospective customers to advance the placement process and close sales
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with employers to encourage repeat business and referrals
• Collaborate closely with the admin and operations teams to ensure smooth helper deployment and customer satisfaction
• Achieve assigned sales and placement targets to contribute to company growth
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and placements for reporting and compliance

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience in a maid agency sales role is highly preferred
• CEI certification is preferred
• Proven customer service and sales skills demonstrated through successful client engagements
• Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills to nurture customer loyalty
• Ability to handle customer objections and enquiries confidently and professionally
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
