What You’ll Do
- Be the face of Mama—welcome guests with energy, warmth, and a smile
- Handle check-ins, check-outs, and all guest interactions with efficiency and style
- Answer questions, give recommendations, and ensure every guest feels at home
- Manage reservations, phone calls, and daily front desk operations
- Work closely with other teams to deliver seamless guest experiences
- Resolve guest concerns professionally (with a touch of Mama flair!)
Who You Are
- Friendly, confident, and naturally people-oriented
- Passionate about hospitality and creating memorable guest moments
- A great communicator (English required; other languages are a bonus!)
- Organized, adaptable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude with a can-do mindset
- Experience in hotel front office or customer service is a plus
