Packman SG is an F&B and logistics supplier that primarily serves B2B customers, providing products and supply chain solutions to businesses.

Genconnect Pte Ltd focuses on e-commerce operations, selling products through multiple online marketplaces and platforms, including Shopify, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Shopee, and Amazon.

We are seeking a

E-Commerce Specialist

to strengthen our online presence and drive sales across key e-commerce platforms. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end e-commerce operations, optimising product visibility, executing digital marketing initiatives, and ensuring a seamless customer experience from order placement to fulfilment.

Responsibilities:

• Drive e-commerce growth by identifying new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets

• Manage and optimize online platforms (Shopify, Lazada, Shopee, Amazon, Tik Tok) including listings, pricing, and promotions

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute campaigns, increase traffic, and improve conversion rates

• Analyze sales performance, track market trends, and provide insights through reports and competitor analysis

• Build stakeholder relationships, manage budgets and projects, and support overall e-commerce strategy execution

• Coordinate with internal departments such as marketing, inventory, and customer service to align and execute online initiatives.

Requirements:

• • Diploma in E-Commerce, Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.

  • At least 2-3 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce operations, digital marketing, or online retail.

  • Proficient in managing online marketplaces like Shopee and Lazada.

  • Strong analytical skills with experience in digital tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and SEO tools.

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • A collaborative team player who can work cross-functionally with various departments.

  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin for work-related communication, including product information and customer support.
