Senior Financial Advisor (Recruit123 – Hiring on behalf of client)
About the Role Recruit123 is supporting a high‑performing Financial Advisory unit in Singapore to expand its team. This unit has consistently produced top performers and is on track for full MDRT qualification in 2026. We are seeking experienced Financial Advisors who want a stronger support structure, proven lead generation, and a collaborative team culture.
Key Responsibilities
Build and manage long‑term client relationships
Understand clients’ financial goals and protection needs
Provide suitable financial planning and advisory solutions across protection, wealth accumulation, retirement, and legacy planning
Grow a personal client portfolio through networking, referrals, and relationship management
Maintain ongoing client servicing and reviews
Participate in training, coaching, and team development activities
Who We’re Looking For
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Financial Advisor
Relevant FA licenses (or willingness to obtain)
Polytechnic Diploma or Degree (as per regulatory requirements)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Self‑driven, motivated, and comfortable in a performance‑based environment
Singaporeans only
