Eldercare Programme Executive (Cluster)

Roles & Responsibilities

The Eldercare Programme Executive plays a vital role in the delivery of eldercare services within an assigned cluster. This position is responsible for client intake, data management, volunteer coordination, and supporting the execution of community outreach activities. The role also includes hotline rotation duties and facilitating communications with other support teams, such as funeral assistance, when necessary.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of community care programmes within the assigned cluster to ensure smooth delivery
• Act as the primary contact for beneficiaries, providing timely support and assistance
• Conduct beneficiary intake interviews and enter data accurately into records systems
• Plan and coordinate outreach activities and community events to engage beneficiaries and stakeholders
• Organize and oversee distributions of meals, grocery packs, and other support items to beneficiaries
• Collaborate with volunteers to facilitate befriending programmes and beneficiary visits
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and update records for accurate reporting and compliance
• Participate in hotline duty rotation to respond promptly to beneficiary enquiries
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure beneficiaries receive appropriate services and support

Job Requirements

• Diploma or higher qualification in Social Work or related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in community engagement or eldercare services
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a heart for working with seniors
• Detail-oriented with solid organizational and data management skills
• Able to work both independently and as part of adynamic team

Others

• Working Hours: 9am-6pm (Monday-Friday)
• Salary: $2,800 to $3,300
• Must be willing to support occasional evening or weekend events when required.
• Location: West
