Location: Kaki Bukit
Working Hours: Mon to Fri, 9am-6pm, Alternate Sat, work from home
Salary: $4500-$5500

Job Summary: Manage cost and contract activities for renovation projects, supporting project managers to ensure projects are delivered on budget and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assisted Costs & Contracts Manager / Project Manager in cost and contract management
• Prepared project budgets, cash flow forecasts, and monitored cost variations
• Managed variation orders (VO) and extension of time (EOT) cost claims
• Handled tender processes including BQ preparation, quotation sourcing, evaluation, and award
• Coordinated with project and technical teams to ensure compliance with specifications and construction methods
• Reviewed and prepared contracts, agreements, and Schedule of Rates (SOR)
• Administered progress claims, valuations, certifications, and payment recommendations
• Finalised subcontract and main contract final accounts and settlements
• Attended site and technical meetings and advised clients on cost feasibility
• Performed ad-hoc duties and worked extended hours when required
