Quantity Surveyor (LTA)

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• In charge of preparing and reviewing cost estimates, and budgets.
• Evaluate and recommend subcontractor quotations and claims
• Measure quantities and prepare progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts
• Responsible in assisting in contract negotiation and administration
• In charge of tracking project costs and ensure cost control throughout the project lifecycle
• Liaising with project managers, consultants, and clients on contractual and commercial matters

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in Electrical Engineering/ Building Services/ Quantity Surveying or related field
• Min 3 years of relevant experience in civil infrastructure works
• Familiar with Singapore LTA contracts
