We're looking for a Strategy & Insights Researcher to join an independent brand consultancy that helps businesses across Asia to uncover opportunities, shape strategy, and drive meaningful growth.

This role is perfect for someone who is naturally curious, analytical, and passionate about understanding people, consumer behaviour, brands, and emerging market trends.

What you'll be doing:

• Consumer, customer & market research
• Qualitative & quantitative research execution
• Competitor audits & category analysis
• Customer journey mapping & audience profiling
• Trend analysis & cultural insights
• Translating research into strategic recommendations
• Supporting brand, innovation & business strategy projects

Ideal candidates will have:

• 2–5 years of experience in research, strategy, insights, consulting, or planning
• Strong qualitative and quantitative research skills
• Ability to turn complex information into actionable insights
• Experience with market research and insight tools
• Strong storytelling, communication, and presentation skills
• A naturally curious and highly analytical mindset
