Were looking for a Growth & Marketing Trainee to support the end-to-end execution of marketing and subscription campaigns focusing on growth operations performance tracking and social media branding
Key Responsibilities
1. Campaigns & Subscription Support
Support with end-to-end execution of marketing & subscription campaigns from banner creation set up to in-app operations
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to roll out marketing projects
Support the teams in daily administrative tasks
2. Growth Operations & Performance
Create distribute and manage vouchers across various marketing channels
Track & monitor metrics and assist in pulling weekly & monthly data to be put together for reporting
Support basic billing reconciliation for vendor or platform spend.
Monitor market trends research consumer markets and competitors activities
3. Social Media & Branding
Assist in the ideation liaison creation and scheduling of content across platforms (Instagram TikTok Telegram etc.).
Support initiatives that connect with users from giveaways to social seeding to on-ground activations
Qualifications :
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing Communications Business or a related field.
Strong interest in marketing content creation and campaign management
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organized detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Creative curious and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
