Assistant Warehouse Manager (East / 3PL) [EL]

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the warehouse team to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Oversee day-to-day warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Plan and optimize warehouse space for inbound shipments and inventory storage.
• Manage inventory accuracy through daily and weekly cycle counts.
• Ensure all picking and packing activities are completed within scheduled shipping timelines.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitor operational KPIs and implement improvements based on performance and customer feedback.
• Develop, review, and implement warehouse SOPs to improve operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety and company policies.
• Perform any other duties assigned by Management.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in the logistics or FMCG industry.
• Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, order fulfilment, and logistics planning.
• Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Excel or other data analysis tools.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Familiarity with workplace health, safety, and environmental regulations.
