Job description
Key Responsibilites
- Monitor availability, detect outages, and optimize performance of Azure AI cloud platforms
- Respond to incidents, perform root cause analysis, and support disaster recovery/business continuity
- Ensure compliance with security audits, policies, and regulatory frameworks
- Collaborate with MLOps/LLMOps teams to integrate automation, observability, and security best practices
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related field
- 1–2 years of cloud operations experience (fresh graduates welcome)
- Strong knowledge of Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Application Insights
- Skills in IaC (Terraform, Bicep, ARM) and scripting (PowerShell, Python)
- Familiarity with AI/ML infrastructure (AKS, GPU VMs, pipelines, model hosting)
- Problem-solving and communication skills, especially under pressure
