AI UX Manager

We're seeking a UX & UI Experience Designer/Tester to design intuitive, engaging, and accessible user experiences for AI-driven solutions. You'll collaborate with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to translate user needs into impactful designs, validate them through usability testing, and ensure adoption across AI applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user research, interviews, and create personas/journey maps.
• Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI for AI platforms.
• Collaborate in agile teams to deliver consistent, accessible designs.
• Execute usability testing (task-based, A/B, surveys) and analyze insights.
• Maintain design systems, documentation, and onboarding materials.
• Monitor post-launch UX and recommend enhancements.

Key Requirements

• 5–8 years in UI/UX design and testing.
• Strong in journey mapping, experience flows, and usability testing.
• Proficiency in Figma, prototyping, and wireframing.
• Experience with AI, analytics, or automation (preferred).
• Knowledge of conversational design for AI chatbots/assistants (preferred).
• Workshop facilitation and storytelling skills (a plus).
